Mumbai, Sept. 7 -- Top seeds Soham Pathak and Ketaki Thite won the men's and women's singles titles, respectively, in the Mumbai Suburban District Championship & Selection Tournament 2026, at the Goregaon Sports Club on Sunday. Pathak scored a comprehensive 15-5, 15-9 win over second seed Shubham Pal in the men's singles event. Thite got the better of second seed Myra Oak carving out a straight-games 15-11, 15-11 victory in women's singles. In the boys U-17 event, top seed Pratim Manihar beat Jayden Noronha 15-13, 7-15, 15-11, while Spurha Joshi overcome a strong challenge from Gargi Dabholkar to seal the girls U-17 title with a 17-15, 13-15, 15-7 win....
