NAVI MUMBAI, Sept. 27 -- An 18-year-old Honda City owner was booked by the CBD Belapur police for allowing his 17-year-old friend to drive the car, which plunged 70 feet from Parsik Hill Road onto the Belapur-Uran railway tracks on Thursday afternoon.
