Mumbai, Sept. 28 -- A reactor explosion at a chemical dye manufacturing unit in Mahad MIDC on Sunday night left one person with minor injuries, police said. The incident occurred around 10pm at Synergia Chem Industries, located at C-57 in Mahad MIDC and under the jurisdiction of Mahad MIDC police station. According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred inside a reactor at the facility. Following the blast, local residents gathered outside the premises, prompting police and other authorities to rush to the spot.
