No HC relief for student barred from exam over her attendance
Mumbai, June 19 -- "Sympathy cannot be a substitute for legal entitlement," the Bombay High Court observed on Tuesday, while granting no relief to a third-year Bachelor of Science student who was debarred from an examination due to low attendance.
