Mumbai, Oct. 2 -- The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has launched a 24x7 toll-free helpline and centralised dashboard to document and track safety incidents at metro and other infrastructure project sites. The Safety and Response Coordination Center (SRCC) will enable citizens to report construction-site hazards, inadequate barricading, traffic-management issues, road damage, dust and other project-related concerns by calling 1800-22-8801.
