MUMBAI, Sept. 25 -- Parents of the IIT-Bombay student who died by suicide on campus last week, started an indefinite hunger strike at Azad Maidan on Thursday, after meeting the chairperson of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC). They had earlier planned to protest at the institute's gates, demanding the arrest of Professor Suryanarayana Doolla for abetment to suicide.
