New Delhi, June 24 -- Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal and US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer on Tuesday began bilateral talks in New Delhi aimed at resolving the remaining issues blocking an interim trade deal - chiefly a valid tariff architecture - that would eventually lead to a comprehensive bilateral trade agreement (BTA), people familiar with the matter said.
