New Delhi, May 18 -- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday sharply reduced post-result re-evaluation fees for this year's Class 12 exams amid concerns over the new on-screen marking (OSM) system. The fee for obtaining a copy of an evaluated answer sheet has been cut to Rs.100 per subject from Rs.700. The charge for verification of marks, which involves checking for clerical errors such as incorrect totalling or unchecked answers, has been reduced to Rs.100 from Rs.500.
