Raipur, April 16 -- The death toll in the blast at a power plant in Chattisgarh's Sakti district increased to 20 on Wednesday, officials aware of the matter said. The blast occurred in a boiler tube at the Vedanta Limited power plant in Singhitarai village on Tuesday afternoon.
