MUMBAI, Sept. 30 -- A 41-year-old BMC employee was killed and his wife injured after their motorcycle was allegedly rammed by a car driven by a 71-year-old former MP in Khar West on Monday. An FIR was lodged against Sudhir Sawant for alleged rash and dangerous driving and causing death by negligence. According to the deceased's wife, Nancy Iyappan Harijan, the couple was travelling towards Bandra when the car struck them.
