India, July 28 -- MUMBAI: Twenty years after Century Mills in Lower Parel shut down, around 650 families of erstwhile workers can expect to get new houses on the 6.17-acre plot. The BMC has received a Rs.1,351-crore bid from Peddar Realty Ltd, the highest among four bidders for redevelopment of the land parcel.
