Bengaluru, Dec. 25 -- A 39-year-old woman was shot dead allegedly by her husband when she was on her way home from work in Bengaluru on Tuesday, police said on Wednesday, adding that the 40-year-old accused, a software engineer, surrendered after the crime. The woman, Bhuvaneshwari, worked as an assistant manager at a bank.
