Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Public relations firm Adfactors PR has acquired a majority stake in Australian communications consultancy SenateSHJ as part of a push to expand its presence across the Asia-Pacific region, the company said on Thursday. Adfactors PR co-founder and managing director Madan Bahal said the partnership would strengthen ties between the Indian and Australian markets. "India and Australia are emerging as a strategic business corridor, and we trust the new partnership will help clients in both markets to create new opportunities in the wider Asia Pacific region," Bahal said. SenateSHJ will retain its name, leadership and client teams following the deal and will continue to operate from Sydney and Melbourne.
