MUMBAI, Sept. 25 -- Four companies, including Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, DP World Ports Holding, NMDC group PJSC and Vishwa Samudra Engineering, have submitted bids for a Rs.22,323-crore development project at the upcoming greenfield Vadhvan port in Palghar district.
