Agra, July 27 -- A 21-year-old woman was shot at and critically injured in the Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday allegedly by a 24-year-old stalker, officers aware of the matter said with the victim's family saying that the accused had attacked her four years ago as well.
