VASAI/VIRAR, July 2 -- A harrowing video from the Rajavali and Wagharal Pada areas of Vasai East captured the force of the torrential rain, showing two four-wheelers being swept away by the powerful current in a large storm-water drain. According to officials of the Vasai-Virar civic body, a speeding car crashed into a small footbridge before being dragged by the gushing water.
