The deceased has been identified as Pratima Maurya, a resident of Jaunpur district. According to family members, Pratima was admitted to the Hospital for delivery. After childbirth, her condition reportedly deteriorated. The family alleged that despite her critical condition, the hospital discharged her on Saturday morning. Her relatives then rushed her to another medical facility for further treatment. However, doctors there reportedly informed them that Pratima had died several hours earlier.
