Lucknow, May 26 -- The bodies of a woman and her six-year-old son were recovered from the Gomti near the Lete Hue Hanuman temple area in Lucknow's Chowk on Sunday night, police said on Monday. "Police received information around 9 pm that a woman's body was seen floating in river. The child's body was found nearly 100 metres away from the woman. Police, divers and locals recovered the bodies from the water. A handwritten note allegedly mentioned harassment by in-laws after her husband's death one-and-half years ago.
