LUCKNOW, May 2 -- A private bank employee's suicide has led to the arrest of his wife and her alleged paramour in the Mohanlalganj area, with police booking the duo for abetment to suicide. The case came to light on April 29 after the victim's father filed a complaint alleging that his son died by suicide following prolonged mental harassment by his wife and her associate. According to the complaint, the woman was in a relationship with the co-accused, who worked at a bank branch in Mohanlalganj. After the victim came to know about the affair, frequent domestic disputes reportedly followed. The complainant alleged that the two subjected the victim to sustained harassment, ultimately driving him to take the extreme step.
