Lucknow, Oct. 30 -- The UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority on Thursday directed all promoters to file Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) for the quarter ending September 30, 2026 by October 31, warning action under RERA for miss. Promoters must file the reports under the new Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)- based system. Mere preparing a report is not enough - three mandatory certificates must be digitally signed and uploaded on UP-RERA portal. In order to keep a check on progress of projects, the RERA quarterly progress reports must be in prescribed format. The Authority said it has already extended the deadline once and no further extension will be given. Promoters have been advised not to wait till the last day.
