UP RERA clears 10 projects worth Rs.1,412 cr
LUCKNOW, Aug. 4 -- The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 new real estate projects in five districts across the state, attracting an investment of Rs.1,412.55 crore. The projects will create 1,632 residential and commercial units. The approvals were granted during the 207th meeting of the authority at its headquarters in Lucknow.
UP RERA chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy presided over the meeting. He said the regulatory authority is continuously promoting transparency, accountability, and timely development in the real estate sector. He added that faster project approvals and effective monitoring are helping create a more conducive environment for both homebuyers and promoters.
UP RERA said all the approved projects will be developed in a transparent and time-bound manner in accordance with the provisions of the RERA Act, strengthening confidence of homebuyers.
