Lucknow, May 1 -- The UP RERA has approved 15 real estate projects worth over Rs 1,270 crore across 10 districts.These projects will lead to the development of approximately 3,102 residential and commercial units, further strengthening organized real estate growth and planned urban expansion in the state. Earlier this week, the regulatory authority approved these projects at its 201st meeting in the state capital. "The UP RERA remains committed to promoting transparent and well-organized development in the real estate sector," said UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. He described the 201st Authority meeting as a significant milestone reflecting the continuous pace of development in Uttar Pradesh.
