LUCKNOW, June 12 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday said Uttar Pradesh is empowering every citizen as the foundation of development to help achieve the goal of building a Viksit Bharat. Yogi made the remarks in a post on X after attending the 11th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog in New Delhi. "Participated in the 11th Governing Council meeting of @NITIAayog held today in New Delhi under the chairmanship of the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji. The meeting, centred on the theme 'Inclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat @ 2047', featured meaningful deliberations on infusing new momentum into the resolve for 'Viksit Bharat' by making human development, good governance, and public participation the axes of development. In line with the Prime Minister's vision, Uttar Pradesh is also playing an active role in building 'Viksit Bharat' by making the empowerment of every citizen the foundation of development," the chief minister said in his post.
