UP Board Class 12 practical exams from Jan 24 to Feb 9
PRAYAGRAJ, Dec. 17 -- The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UP Board) on Tuesday announced the schedule for the 2026 Intermediate practical examinations. The exams will be conducted in two phases across various divisions of the state, officials said.
According to UP Board secretary Bhagwati Singh, CCTV surveillance will be mandatory during practical exams to ensure integrity, and the recordings will be securely maintained.
Practical exams in the first phase will be held from January 24 to February 1, 2026, with no exams scheduled for January 29 and 30 due to the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET).
The divisions included in the first phase are Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti.
Practical exams in the second phase will be conducted from February 2 to February 9, 2026, covering the Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur divisions.
The board also clarified that High School practical exams will be conducted at the school level based on internal assessments (project work). Marks for ethics, yoga, and physical education will be uploaded on the Council's website starting January 10, 2026....
