Lucknow, Sept. 6 -- Traffic police have shifted heavy-vehicle diversion point from Junabganj to Daroga Khera to prevent trucks from entering city and adding to congestion on busy roads towards Ashiana and Sarojini Nagar. "Under new trial arrangement, heavy vehicles coming from the Junabganj side will no longer be allowed to proceed towards the city along Kanpur Road.
