Chennai, Oct. 30 -- The Tamil Nadu cabinet has approved the constitution of a commission headed by a retired high court judge to draft the guidelines for a social justice survey, which will conducted in the state next year, minister CTR Nirmal Kumar said on Thursday. Kumar said the survey will be conducted by February or March 2027, following the completion of the decadal Census exercise.
