Kolkata, July 23 -- West Bengal chief minister Suvendu Adhikari unleashed a scathing attack on his predecessor Mamata Banerjee and her nephew Abhishek on Wednesday while addressing the state legislative assembly, saying Trinamool Congress will "cease to exist". Adhikari took a jibe at both factions of the TMC for the speeches delivered on Tuesday at their rallies, which were held to pay homage to the 13 Youth Congress workers killed in police firing on July 21, 1993. Adhikari did not name Mamata or Abhishek. "It was no Martyrs Day event. Some alleged that the nephew arrived (in politics) in a parachute. The nephew said, 'we will settle the score in 2031' (the next state polls). You can settle only if you are out (of jail) in 2031," Adhikari said. "There will be no name and sign of this bhaipo (nephew) Trinamool in West Bengal," he said. Hitting back, TMC MLA Kunal Ghosh said: "The CM was supposed to be speaking on the police budget but his entire speech was on TMC, Mamata Banerjee and mostly Abhishek Banerjee.
