India, Nov. 8 -- 36 lakh plus diyas: Over 36 lakh diyas were lit on 56 ghats, including Ram Ki Paidi, as well as in every home, math, temple, ashram, crossing and building of Ayodhya 35,000 volunteers: More than 35,000 volunteers from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, colleges, inter colleges and voluntary organisations laid the diyas, filled oil and wicks, and played a key role in lighting them. VP, Governor, CM light first diya: Vice-President CP Radhakrishnan, governor Anandiben Patel and CM Yogi Adityanath lit diyas at Ram Ki Paidi. Saryu Aarti: Vedacharyas performed Saryu Aarti. Vice President, CM and cabinet colleagues also performed the aarti on specially prepared stages. Raj Tilak of Lord Ram: Vice President Radhakrishnan, governor Patel, CM Yogi and deputy CM Brajesh Pathak performed the Raj Tilak of Lord Ram and offered aarti. Seers and ministers also performed Raj Tilak later. Pushpak Viman arrival: Ram, Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman descended in a helicopter shaped like Pushpak Viman. Flowers were showered from a helicopter. Yogi Adityanth, the deputy CM and ministers pulled the 'rath' of Lord Ram and Mata Sita. Ram Katha Park pujan: CM along with cabinet members worshipped Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughna, Lord Hanuman at Ram Katha Park, applied tilak and offered garlands. Drone and laser show: An indigenous drone show by 2100 drones created images of Lord Ram in the sky of Ayodhya, showing various episodes of Ramayana. A 3D holography projection mapping of Ramayana episodes and a grand laser show were also presented Fireworks: Grand fireworks display on the arrival of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.
