LUCKNOW, May 10 -- Governor Anandiben Patel on Saturday visited Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Rae Bareli where she led a 'Chintan Shivir' and management efficiency enhancement programme for officers and employees of Jan Bhavan. The programme was attended by officials and staff members from Jan Bhavan along with senior MCF officers. "The governor stressed the need for strategic, action-oriented and result-oriented functioning to improve coordination and efficiency among employees. Group discussions were also organised on transparent administration, innovation-driven work culture and institutional management," the MCF said.
