AGRA, Feb. 14 -- Taj Mahotsav, the 10-day festival of art, craft and culture in the city of the Taj, will be held away from Shilpgram for the first time from February 18 to 27. The new venue at Tata Ground, adjoining Fatehabad Road, has created curiosity among residents ahead of the opening. Started in 1992, the festival was earlier held at Shilpgram, about a kilometre east of the Taj Mahal. This year, the Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department decided to shift the venue. The district magistrate, Arvind Mallappa Bangari, inspected preparations. The four-acre site will have parking, a main stage, a seating area, a fun zone, a flower show, and an ODOP exhibition. Around 500 stalls will be set up this year, compared to 300 last year....
