PRAYAGRAJ, July 4 -- A writ petition filed in the Allahabad high court in the matter of Lord Sri Agreshwar Mahadev Nagnatheswar Virajman Tejo Mahalaya temple and Taj Mahal in Agra will be heared on July 6 (Monday). The petition has been filed against the orders of district court at Agra by which the civil judge (senior division ) as well as additional district judge by which the court had declined to pass an order for appointing an advocate commission to survey the disputed premises. As per counsel for the petitioner, a declaratory suit filed in 2015 is pending in the court of civil judge senior division at Agra seeking declaration that the temple of Lord Sri Agreshwar Mahadev Nagnatheswar Virajman (Tejo Mahalaya) is there on the Taj Mahal premises. Pending suit, an application to appoint an advocate commission was moved but both the courts at district court had declined to pass an order on the same which has been challenged in the present petition. The petition has been filed by Lord Sri Agreshwar Mahadev Nagnatheswar Virajman Tejo Mahalaya temple as well as by Hari Shankar Jain and four others.
