LUCKNOW, Sept. 3 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday directed that surveillance and treatment systems should be further strengthened in districts reporting high number of cases. Chairing a review meeting along with deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, and minister of state Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, the CM called for adequate arrangements for medicines, testing, and isolation in hospitals, a press statement issued by the state government read. He also directed that detailed guidelines regarding H1N1 prevention and treatment be issued and that the teleconsultation system be made effective, he said. He directed that attention be paid to children, pregnant women, individuals over the age of 65, and those suffering from pre-existing serious medical conditions.
