Jaipur, June 6 -- The Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday arrested an assistant engineer and a computer operator of Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) in Tonk while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs.20,000 from a consumer. The accused were identified as assistant engineer Navneet Singh Gurjar and operator Mohammad Shazim ACB director general of police Govind Gupta said the bureau received a complaint alleging that the accused engineer visited the complainant's home on June 4, photographed the electricity meter, removed it, and threatened to register a Vigilance Checking Report (VCR) case.
