VARANASI, Sept. 20 -- The bike rally under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, which began on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17, will conclude in Kashi and Vadnagar on October 7 after travelling from Kashi to Vadnagar and back. Union home minister Amit Shah, chief minister Yogi Adityanath, deputy chief ministers Brajesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya, BJYM national president Hemang Joshi and state president Rohit Mishra are likely to welcome the Sava Sankalp yatris in Varanasi. Kashi region BJP media in-charge said Joshi would welcome the yatris in Kashi, while several senior leaders would participate in the programme. A BJP leader said Shah may attend the concluding ceremony in Varanasi. The yatris will carry water from rivers in Gujarat to offer at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Preparations for their welcome have begun, with welcome points to be set up as they enter Varanasi district. Ministers of state and MLAs will be deployed at these points to receive the yatris. htc...
