Agra, Oct. 2 -- A 60-year-old man living as a seer was found dead on the premises of a temple in Lalpur village of Etah district on Thursday morning. Police detained Sandeep alias Gabbar in connection with the suspected murder. The deceased was identified as Bhojraj. Additional SP, Etah, Shwetabh Pandey said police received information around 7am about the body lying on the temple premises under the Nidholi Kalan police station area. "Police reached the spot and, after questioning people in the area and conducting an initial investigation, detained Sandeep alias Gabbar. He is said to be mentally unstable and had earlier attacked people with a brick," Pandey said. Police found blood stains on detained man's clothes and sent them for forensic examination. A case was registered at Nidholi Kalan police station based on a complaint by the deceased's family, and further investigation is underway. htc...
