New Delhi, Oct. 28 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice on an application seeking registration of an FIR against leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi for pushing and injuring a woman journalist inside the Supreme Court precincts during a march by Opposition leaders on October 12. The matter has been posted for hearing on November 3. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant passed the order after the application was mentioned by senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia. The court had earlier issued notice on the petition which seeks directions against Rahul Gandhi, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge, Indian National Congress and other leaders over the march.
