PRAYAGRAJ, June 8 -- Police have announced a cash reward of Rs 25,000 each on two absconding accused in the murder case of history-sheeter Saksham Panda (35), who was shot dead in the Mutthiganj area last month. The accused have been identified as Shubhi, wife of the prime accused Vimal Panda, and Kamal Sharma, his brother. Police officials said that both accused have been evading arrest for the past 16 days. Another accused, identified as Lalle Dhuriya, also remains at large. Saksham Panda was gunned down in the Malviya Nagar locality of Mutthiganj on the morning of May 21. According to police, two bike-borne assailants opened fire on him, first near the doorstep of his house and then again on the street while he attempted to flee. Five rapid shots were fired, killing him on the spot. The police had arrested the prime accused Vimal Panda and his aide Bhole Punjabi alias Akash Arora within hours of the incident. However, efforts are continuing to trace and arrest the remaining accused....
