Lucknow, June 8 -- Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust general secretary Champat Rai on Sunday said that an internal audit of the trust is conducted from time to time. Representatives of the trust and the State Bank of India participate in the process. The audit work continues for several days and the same exercise is currently underway, Rai said. He added that nothing notable has come to light so far. Champat Rai issued a statement to clarify the situation after news related to alleged irregularities in accounting of funds collected through donations from devotees visiting Ram Mandir did the rounds.
