Rajeshwar launches projects to mark four years in constituency
LUCKNOW, March 11 -- A series of development and welfare initiatives were launched in Sarojininagar on Wednesday as MLA Rajeshwar Singh marked four years of public service in the constituency during an event organised as "Aabhar Diwas".
The programme was held at his Ashiana residence and coincided with his birthday.
As part of the initiatives, Singh inaugurated three new Ran Bahadur Singh Digital Education and Youth Empowerment Centres, taking their total number in the constituency to 17. The centres will offer free computer education and digital skills training to youth.
To promote women's empowerment, he announced the opening of 10 new Tara Shakti stitching centres. Singh also highlighted the introduction of smart classes in 43 schools. Under a meritorious students' programme, 25 students received laptops and 50 bicycles.htc...
