LUCKNOW, May 19 -- Rahul Gandhi, LoP in the Lok Sabha, will reach his parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli on a two-day visit on Tuesday. He will take part in various events there. This is his first visit to Uttar Pradesh after assembly elections in West Bengal, Assam, Keralam and Tamil Nadu.
