Lucknow, July 28 -- The Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, declared the results for the Even Semester, Annual, and Special Back Paper examinations (held in May/June 2026) on schedule. The examinations were conducted in a fair and transparent manner, with results released following a digital evaluation process, spokesperson said. The Board conducted the examinations between May 4 and June 5, 2026, across 236 centers, with a total of 268,686 registered students. The breakdown included 124,671 students in the semester system, 127,304 in the annual system, and 7,784 in the special back paper category. Digital evaluation of answer sheets was carried out across 157 government and government-aided polytechnics. MK Shanmuga Sundaram, chairman of the Board and Principal Secretary of Technical Education, stated that the pass percentage for the final semester of Diploma Engineering stood at 93.42%, while for Pharmacy, it was 62.69%.
