Lucknow, Sept. 17 -- Train operations at Charbagh station was affected as NR began a 27-day block for concourse construction. Platforms 2 and 3 will remain closed till Oct 12, while partial restrictions will be imposed on platforms 1. Platforms of around 85 trains were changed, while several services were short-terminated or diverted.
