PRAYAGRAJ, May 17 -- To improve transparency and accessibility, the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) has introduced an online system for land auctions. Under the new digital platform, auctions will be conducted entirely online, allowing builders and investors from across the country and abroad to participate without having to visit PDA offices in person. Until now, the lack of an online system required interested buyers to make repeated visits to the authority's office, often causing inconvenience and delays. The new platform is designed to streamline the process by enabling users to register and access auction-related information through the official website, www.pdaprayagraj.org. PDA vice chairman Rishi Raj said that detailed information about available plots in areas such as Kalindipuram, Parimal, Kasari-Masari, and Naini has been uploaded to the portal. Interested buyers can register online and schedule site visits through the same platform. The auction portal is scheduled to go live on June 22, following which registered users will be able to participate in the bidding process digitally. PDA officials stated that plots worth approximately Rs 300 crore have been listed on the platform for commercial development and group housing projects.htc...
