PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 26 -- The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is set to complete recruitment of more than 5,000 candidates over the next one-and-a-half months, with results of several subjects under the LT Grade teacher recruitment examination for government-run secondary schools scheduled to be declared by September 30. UPPSC officials presented the recruitment roadmap at a meeting chaired by the chief secretary in Lucknow on August 17, according to officials familiar with the plan. The results for 58 LT Grade commerce posts and 188 Sanskrit posts are scheduled to be declared by August 30. Results for 1,791 science and home science posts and 1,240 mathematics posts will be announced by September 15, while the result for 924 biology posts is scheduled by September 25, the officials have informed in the meeting, reveal recently confirmed minutes of the meeting, a copy of which is with HT. The final result for 716 Hindi posts, taking the total number of LT Grade posts to 4,917, is expected by September 30, the minutes further shared. The commission will also declare the result of the Technical Education Teaching Service Examination 2025 for 21 principal posts in government polytechnics by September 7. PCS-2025 mains result by Oct 8 The UPPSC has also set a deadline of October 8 for declaring the Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Mains) Examination-2025, commonly known as UP PCS (Mains)-2025, results. The examination for 814 posts was held from March 29 to April 1 in Prayagraj and Lucknow, with 11,403 candidates appearing. The result of the Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF)/Range Forest Officer (RFO) Examination 2025, conducted for 106 posts, is scheduled by November 30. The commission will also declare by November 30 the mains result for the 182 Assistant Prosecution Officer 2025 posts. The preliminary examination result for eight Assistant Town Planner posts is expected by September 15, the minutes of the meeting confirm. Selection for 1,253 asst professor posts by December The selection process for 1,253 assistant professor posts in 28 subjects in government-run degree colleges is also expected to be completed by December. The preliminary examination result is likely to be declared by the end of August.
