PRAYAGRAJ, May 13 -- More than 3.56 lakh Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) trainees are set to appear for semester examinations across Uttar Pradesh beginning Wednesday, with authorities making elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the exams. The second semester examinations will be held from May 13 to May 15 for 1,99,590 registered trainees. Officials said 488 examination centres have been established across all 75 districts of the state for this phase. The fourth semester examinations will follow from May 18 to May 20, with nearly 1,57,000 registered trainees expected to appear. For these exams, 378 centres have been designated across the state. Box: APO (Main) exam-2025 from June 28 to 30 in Lucknow PRAYAGRAJ The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) announced that the assistant prosecution officer (APO) Main Examination-2025 will be conducted in Lucknow from June 28 to June 30 for 182 vacancies. According to the schedule, the examination will begin on June 28 with General Hindi from 9 am to 12 noon, followed by General English from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. On June 29, General Knowledge will be held from 9 am to 10:30 am, while Criminal Law and Procedure is scheduled from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The final day, June 30, will have the Evidence Act paper from 9 am to 12 noon, followed by papers on other Acts from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
