LUCKNOW, Sept. 19 -- Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) has launched a special 15-day Consumer Fortnight to provide a dedicated platform for consumers to share their concerns and help the company work toward faster and more responsive solutions. The campaign is based on three principles Dialogue, Solution and Recognition. It began with a Consumer Contact Programme (CCP), which brought together 46 RWA representatives at a hotel in Greater Noida for a direct interaction with NPCL's senior leadership, according to a press statement issued on Friday. The interactive session brought NPCL's senior leadership, including Subodh Tyagi, head, distribution operations, face-to-face with RWA representatives. The leadership team listened to the concerns and expectations shared by participants and discussed possible solutions and the way forward to address service-related issues, the statement said. The campaign will also focus on increasing consumer awareness about NPCL's digital service channels.
