Alwar, April 25 -- A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang raped in a village under the Raini police station area of Alwar district, police said on Friday. According to police, a case has been registered against three accused, following a complaint filed by the victim's brother. When the perpetrators returned to drop the girl near the spot where they had abducted her, they fled after spotting an angry crowd, abandoning their vehicle. According to the FIR filed by the victim's brother at Raini police station, the family lost their father some time ago. His 15-year-old sister is a Class IX student at a government school. On Thursday morning, around 8 am, she was walking to school when a SUV pulled up and two men forcibly dragged her inside. They tied her hands, blindfolded her, and picked up a third person along the way. She was taken to an unknown location and when the blindfold was removed, she found herself inside a room, where all three men took turns sexually assaulting her. The accused also filmed the assault and threatened her, warning that if she told anyone, her brother would be killed. Afterward, they blindfolded her again, drove her back, and left her near the place of abduction around 1 pm. Locals who spotted her alerted her brother, who brought her home - at which point she disclosed the full ordeal. DSP Manisha Meena confirmed that the victim's statement has been recorded before a court on Friday afternoon. The case has been registered under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act and an investigation is underway. Police have stated that the accused will be arrested soon.
