LUCKNOW, July 11 -- The man seen in a viral video using unparliamentary language inside the Supreme Court on Friday has been identified as Prabal Pratap Yadav, 25, from Etawah whose legal battle has its roots in a workplace dispute in Lucknow. According to police sources, Yadav had been living in Lucknow and was employed with Duplex Technology Pvt Ltd on Kursi Road in the state capital. It is not immediately clear what role he held at the technology firm. He was also pursuing a law degree and was in the final year of the course. Police sources alleged that his services were terminated in 2025 after repeatedly sending abusive emails to a female colleague despite warnings. HT could not independently verify the allegations, and the company could not immediately be reached for comment. Following his dismissal, Yadav approached the police seeking registration of an FIR. When no case was registered, he pursued legal remedies, filing petitions before multiple courts. His pleas were rejected at successive judicial levels before reaching the Supreme Court....
