PRAYAGRAJ, July 17 -- The Civil Lines police on Thursday arrested a former employee of a private finance company who had allegedly absconded after embezzling nearly Rs 4 lakh from the firm, said Civil Lines SHO Ramashray Yadav. The accused, identified as Om Prakash of Gahuliya Niyapatti in Phulpur, was nabbed from behind the bus stand. A named FIR had been registered against him on the complaint of the company's branch manager and subsequent directions from the court. Police said Zeeshan Ahmed, branch manager of a private finance company operating in Civil Lines area, alleged that Om Prakash had fraudulently obtained a loan of Rs 4 lakh by using forged and fabricated documents.htc...
