Lakhimpur Kheri, May 20 -- A special POCSO court on Tuesday sentenced Rajesh Chauhan to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined him Rs.11,000 for raping a 14-year-old girl who later became pregnant and gave birth to a child. Special Judge Vishnu Dev Singh convicted him under IPC sections related to rape of a minor and criminal intimidation, along with provisions of POCSO Act.
